Midday Music, A Glimmerglass Festival lunchtime concert at the Star Theater in Cherry Valley

The Glimmerglass Festival brings together some of the nation’s most exciting singers on its stage every summer. This concert, the first in a series of lunchtime recitals at some of the area’s most beautiful and unique venues, is a chance to witness their artistry “up close and personal."

In a program devised by the artists themselves, they will tell their own stories and pull out some of their favorite party pieces. Every program is a surprise, announced from the stage, and a perfect way to find out what the stars of the season really love to sing when they are given carte blanche.

This concert at Artworks will feature Joshua Blue, Taylor-Alexis DuPont, Jonathan Patton, and Amanda Sheriff accompanied by Rob Ainsley

Joshua Blue stars as Rodolfo in La bohème and DuPont, Sheriff, and Patton are featured in The Rip Van Winkles, Romeo and Juliet, and Candide.

Door open at 11:30 AM, concert begins at noon. Donations appreciated
