• Non-refundable vendor fee of $50.00 is payable with this application.

• Churches, non-profits, and community organizations are free but a donation to support the festival would be appreciated.

• Spaces under the tent are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Set up begins at 8:00. Vendors with their own tents may set up the night before.

• Bring your own table, tent or umbrella. Electricity is limited so please use propane and non-electric food warmers.

• Parking is available in the field.

• Deadline for submission is August 30th.
